Our Defy Autodry machine made one loud bang (sounds like a small gun) while not operating. Turned on at wall only. No smell or signs of scorching near visible wires with back off. Appliance 3-pin plug was fine. Other appliances plugged into same power source all operating. Where should I be looking?
