No help from the technician from Totem Appliance. My problem is when it is in the washing/rinsing cycle, it is creating a very loud noise which I did not have in my first Danby purchased 11 years ago. He told me it is the floor and I did not find my machine wobbling, but he said my machine was wobbling. Could this be reason to create loud noise when the machine is in use. Thanks. Peggy.
