Our Daewoo Washing Machine (DWD-F1011) is not rins...

Our Daewoo Washing Machine (DWD-F1011) is not rinsing & draining the water. When we switch it off and restart, there's a humming noise from the machine. OE code appears; we have checked the machine thoroughly and there's no bent pipe or dirt in any visible pipe. We removed and re-fitted all the pipes after cleaning. Please advise. Thanks.
