My bush a147cr6b washing machine has suddenly stop...

My bush a147cr6b washing machine has suddenly stopped spinning . I have cleaned the filter and made sure the washing load is even but it still won't spin. The machine is only just over a year old. Please can u explain or help with a solution thanks
