Hey! I can't seem to open the filter on my washing machine. I have opened it before, but now it's completely stuck. I've had people stronger than me come over to try to help me, but it only moves a little bit. Now it's in a position where I can't open it or close it. The reason that I wanted to open it was that the machine didn't seem to centrifuge properly. Has anyone experienced this before?
