Washer display says "dispensing softener" but the water is running into the "bleach" side of the container. It has a dedicated water dispenser for both the softener and the bleach dispenser cups. I assume there is some type of solenoid/switching valve malfunction. There is no water on the floor. Any idea what the problem could be and how to gain access to make repair. Thanks, Stacy
