0 I dialed their toll free line today (1-800-944-2904) and I spoke with Johnny Luong. Lickety split, he sent me the pdf instruction manual via email for both the WFL2060UC Washer and the WTA3510UC Dryer. Got 'em instantly, so your issue is virtually resolved! Linda
