My Bosch, front load Nexx300 series washer doesn't seem to be draining. all of the cycles work fine but I have to manually drain the machine. I have checked the filter and the drain hose for blockage. When I select a cycle it goes until the drain/spin stage and then times out with E:13. I have run cold water cycles through in case there was too much soap residue but even though the water I manually drain from the machine has no soap bubbles, the cycle will not complete. Any ideas?
