I recently moved my bosch Maxx classic and used it a couple of times before I learned about undoing the transit bolts. It now doesn't jump all over the floor, but has a very loud knocking sound at the beginning of the spin cycle. sounds like the drum is hitting the back of the washing machine. Is there a damper or something that may have become dislodged?
