I need a manual for 100 series. We are having trouble with the machine that it takes 2- 2 1/2 hours to run a cycle thru. It is getting caught on rinsing and spinning. I wondered if there is a button we may have pressed and that is the problem. Or the loads of laundry are heavy. . . .is this causing the problem?k
