I have a Bosch washer dryer e-nr wvd24520gb/05 I want to clean the filter but cant open it. It clearly has white plastic points which will only allow a quarter of a turn. I have seen many people ask the same question and they have been told it is blocked with something. From what I can see this is not the case please help
