Question About Bosch Appliances Washer wfvc4400uc
I finished a cycle and am now getting a E-27 code ...

I finished a cycle and am now getting a E-27 code and the door is locked with the wet clothes inside, how do i get the door opened to replace the door part? I have tried unplugging it for 5 minutes, then plugging it back in, then over night but still shows the code and is locked.
