I am getting a drain error, I have looked up troubleshooting. It says to clean out the filter in the front bottom but I can not open the panel and don't want to force it and have it break

0 Put a small nail in the hole in the circular cover, push in, and rotate clockwise to remove the panel. Tilt the washer back to make sure the water doesn't pour out when you open the pump cover.
