If the door is opened w/o turning off the cycle indicator, it won't close properly to run another load (E-1 message flashes). If I lean against the door, listen for the door lock and see the door lock indicator, machine will begin cycle. Once I move away from the door it stops and E-1 message comes on again. In the past I've been told to use a pliers to pull forward the door latch inside the machine. I've done this twice previously, but this time I can't get it to budge. Any ideas? Thanks, Sandy
