bosch Nexxt 500 model front load washer. I am having a problem with an E-04 erroe code on the machine. I have removed and cleaned all the drain hoses. After working on the machine and filling with water only, the machine did spin and drain. We then put a load in ( one small blanket) and no soap. went thru the wash cycle but will not drain or spin. Is the problem more likely a sencor than a pump or maybe you can lead me in the right direction.
