The front to top plastic face of the dryer has cracks from the screws to the top of the dial knob. The plastic can not take the constant opening and closing of the front door. The same problem exist on the WFMC640SUC washer (cracking of the plastic parts). Does Bosch warrant the quality of workmanship for these machines? Who do I contact?
