We have a BD AS975 steam iron which does not heat...

We have a BD AS975 steam iron which does not heat up. can't find a manua for this model. The iron has worked well, but suddenly, it doesn't heat up. The light goes on, but iron doesn't get warm. Any ideas?Bob
