The iron started started having issues and has not improved since. I thought that it was a sensitive product and it was simply weak in strength. Could you please send me a replacement or give me further instructions regarding a product return? We are loyal customers and we admire the company's products, as well as their service. However, this product gave us problems immediately after we had received it; it does not warm/heat up.
