Question About Black & Decker Iron None
iron don't work...

I've had the D2020 for 1 year and 4 mos. The item has stopped heating up. What's up with that? Is there anything I can do to get a product that shouldn't have broke fixed or am I stuck holding the bag? an Iron that's used 3xs a week for one shirt should not break in a year. Please help.
