The iron sometimes does not turn on and when it does turn on it turns its self off when I am still using it. Sometimes if I giggle the wire it will work for a short time and then turns off again. I wish to receive a manual and any suggestions on taking the iron apart to fix it. Note, per terms and conditions, I do NOT wish to be on any mailing lists or receive any other information or advertisement by black & decker or any other company Also, note the "Register for Free Membership" popups are very annoying when trying to write to you.
