Question About Beko Washer WM5120W
Stopped pumping out water, I think it's a blockage...

Stopped pumping out water, I think it's a blockage rather than the pump, have tried to siphon through waste pipe without luck,also tried to open filter cap without any luck also, does filter cap come out allowing access to clean or clear, if so how do I do this. Thanks
