My washer is on a boil was, the cycle won't end an...

My washer is on a boil was, the cycle won't end and won't empty. Iv looked through the manual but it's not can cell in so u can drain the drum. I did get the door open but can't take the washing out to manualling wring the washing because the waters too hot. Any suggestions please?
