just cant seem to get it to heat it spins perfectly am i doing something wrong?

0 There is a trap door, bottom right of the dryer. Open it and clean the heat exchanger of all the fluff. It did the trick for mine. Make sure the little red thingy clicks as your lock it back, otherwise the dryer won't work!
