5 Forget the manual. You just need 4 nylon (teflon) slides. No special tools req'd unless the metal tabs (that the slides hook to) have been worn away . Approx $6-$9 each. Open door, remove 2 front panel screws, lift top, remove 2 screws holding front panel, detach front panel from drum to expose slides (or their remnants). Replace and re-assemble.
