Question About Beaumark Washer/Dryer BTF1040AS0
Please help find the manual for this Beaumark Washer/Dryer Pair...

When the drum is spinning it is very loud and sounds like metal on metal. Could the drum bearing be gone. Also the last time i used it the belt came off the drive pully on the back of the drum,
