poor cleaning on whites

0 The wash does not complete the spin cycle. After the wash/drain is complete, the clothes are still sopping wet. I have to manually reset to the spin cycle. How do I rectify this?

0 You likely have a dime in your line. The coin insert can allow dimes to pass into the outlet hose. The coins will act like a butterfly valve. Pull out the coin insert (behind the little door near the floor) and use a dental mirror to look inside the outlet opening just above the impeller. The dime(s) might come with a little prodding or you can try some reverse force by blowing thru the other end of the outlet hose.
