Drier door lock will not pull back to allow door to close We tried to hold shut and run cycle but lock still stays out The lock goes through a plastic part with a hole in it to lock door during cycle I turned all power off to unit and let set the. Powered it up and same thing latch stays out Any ideas how to correct? Gerry
