need help now!!!!!!!!!! washing is piling up daily, all programmes are stuck, need advise as to where exactly on the machine the filter pump is, as many other service engineers have said via the phone to me in spanish, if i can locate this it might need unblockling and therefore i could be able to continue to use the machine, without selcting a cycle of wash type... any suggestions...thanks.
