I have an Amana Front load High efficiency washer....

I have an Amana Front load High efficiency washer. I was washing a batch of clothes and it stopped mid cycle and gave me an error code of ds. What does that mean and how do I fix it? I don't have the model number but it was purchased in Jan 2009
