Question About Amana Clothes Dryer Automatic Dryer
Amana ALE643RBW dryer...

Hi, I just purchased a used Amana ALE643RBW dryer and need to wire a 4 connector plug on it. I couldn't locate a wiring diagram on back. Can someone send me or explain the Line, Neutral configuration on the unit? Thanks, John in PA

5 I assume by the date of your question that you have probably figured this out but here goes: The white neutral goes in the center of the insulator block, the red and black goe on either side. (it does not matter), the green ground goes to the green screw right near the insulator block. IF THERE IS A STRAP BETWEEN THE GREEN SCREW AND THE CENTER SCREW, THIS MUST BE REMOVED.
