Bought a motor from you through Miller Laundry Sys...

Bought a motor from you through Miller Laundry Systems and cannot get the motor to go into high extract. Have been on the telephone with your technical people for hours the last two weeks plus and cannot resolve the problem. I am at my wits end. Anthony Newton has been helping, but cannot get him to call me back. I need your help.
