Why does my machine do not want to wash. It takes ...

Why does my machine do not want to wash. It takes in the water and then nothing happens. I opened it at the back and the belt is ok. Allso when I turn the drum the motor shaft also turn. I can not see if the motor get some power.I did not test trhat yet
