We have a AEG 'O'KO-Lavamat 72620 update . It doe...

We have a AEG 'O'KO-Lavamat 72620 update . It does'nt always take conditioner on the rinse cycle . We have cleaned where possible but usually put it on gentle rinse (14 mins) & pull the drawer out slightly just to see that working . Can you help please ?
