My washer is Lavamat W 1449 Electronic. Now it doesn´t finish washing and starts beeping,doesn´t flush out the water either. It looks about the same as W 1255 I´ve had it for 10-12 years

3 The cycles on a washing machine are controlled by one of two things, a rotary timer, or an electronic circuit board. Either way, when certain cycle functions no longer work, wash, drain, spin, etc., the cause is the timer, or circuit board. As long as the motor and pump are still working mechanically, the remaining item is the timer. The timer/circuit board controls all of the functions in a washing machine, so when one function fails, the timer/circuit board needs to be replaced. I am basing this answer on the fact that you state it still washes, but doesn't finish. That means the motor is still functioning. If it does not advance to the next cycle, usually the cause is the timer/circuit board. I will add this additional comment. If the water pump were to get clogged, and not discharge the waste water, it will come up as a fault, and not complete the wash and spin cycles.
