My dryer which is an admiral heavy duty super capacity 5 cycle 3 temperture. (Not sure where to locate model number) Problem: construction guys had to take back panel off as well as unhook the wires, the dryer worked just fine prior to this, now dial will not move, and no heat. Iv unplugged and taken off back panel but not sure how or which wires (I'm thinking) were just put back on wrong. Please help
