I have a admiral dryer that was involved in a flood. the water was about 2 feet deep but the dryer was not on. When you press the start button the imput voltage goes from 115 volts to 112 as long as the start button is pressed. nothing starts. as soon as the button is released the voltage goes back to 115. Is there a permissive to start the motor?
