Product Problem: Will not operate - period

Light comes on when door is opened, but nothing else works - on/off, home, back, everything on the front where you select favorites, etc does not work.

Manuel doesn't give details on where fuse is or any other information.

Had to replace control board and lcd screen as an assembly. Works now.

Product Problem: Water draining

The water doesn't drain out completely from the washer. The water isn't visible but I can hear it when I spin the tub after a wash. Is this normal? How can I get rid of that water?

normal I believe that it balances the load when spinning.
