Manual Request: An Oldie but a Goodie (the best)

I have a 30 year old Frigidaire WC and a small leak has developed from a crack; it's just before it fills the tub. If I cannot find the part, I can likely epoxy it...but I cannot figure out how to get the top off for access.

Product Problem: Washer won't spin dry

My washing machine is only about 3 years old. It seems to wash ok, but won't spin dry. When it comes time for it to go into spin mode, it just stops and makes this loud clicking type noise. I thought it might be the belt, but the belt looks great. I took the front panel off and the noise seems to be coming from the little black box thingy in the bottom right corner. The drum is still full of dirty water. help!
