I've purchased a topload washer Type 580, other #'s are wtw6600sw2, cu1074012 - anyhow I have used this washer but I now neee to put it into storage. My question is "is there a drain plug I need to use to ensure there is no water in it during winter storage?" Please let me know ASAP, winter is almost here. Thanks, Alexia

Washer goes out of balance with almost every load .It is on a level concrete floor and the washer is sitting level.The appliance is 5 years old with very little use.It use to go out of balance every now and then at first but now it's got redicilous.There are four of those washers on the same street ---all with the same problem.I tried to contact the manufacturer and there was suppose to be a lady contact me but never did .I'm really disgusted.
