Oh I know, the manufacturer doesn't want these circulated....but if you own anything Fisher and Paykel, you'll need the service manual sooner rather than later :-)

Maytage pye2200ayw dryer will not do anything when setting the timer switch--door is closed and dryer is plugged-in and the power outlet measures proper voltage. Need manual to open and find thermal fuse and other parts and how to test the timer swith.

I, too, require a service manual and schematics to find and replace parts on this Maytag Performa PYE2200AYW electric dryer. I replaced the broken knob on the timer. I opened the top cover and replaced the larger thermal fuse, bypassed the safety switch on the door; but the machine still would not start. I need to locate and replace the smaller thermal fuse.

I took a load out of the dryer and a thin metal bar was hooked on clothing. Since then, my dryer only runs for a minute and then shuts off and says end. It will run only when I set the timer. How do I fix the problem?

Hi, I was wondering what parts need to be replaced to avoid the barrel from wobbling? Due to this it seems to allow too much free play and small clothing get stuck between the barrel and the edge. Any suggestions?
