  Fuse/regulator???    Seems the dryer is overheating. Element comes on & off to heat/dry clothes, but the exterior of dryer is hot to the touch. Is there a regulator that could go bad? Also, do you have to dismantle the dryer, to get to the element? Looks like I have to take out the drum to get to the element. Please adv…
