  First wash cycle without laundry as per page 11 of manual    Repeatedly tried to do this cycle.The following happens every time, a little bit if water enters washer,appears to be only cold water,all lites go off and f29 appears on display.Door will not open.   can't open door    I have a duet sport front load model. My machine stoped workinf and is flashing f-28 the door is locked and won't unlock no matter what I do. Please help
