E:01 symbol???

I am getting a E:01 symbol flashing along with a beep every 20 seconds or so. Machine has stopped. The lint filter light is blinking as well. I clean the lint tray after every wash and vacuum the inside every month or so.
Can you please tell me what E:01 means?

E:01 symbol

I just noticed that the heading reads front load washer, it is my front load Dryer that is giving me the E:01 message The model number is correct I took it from the inside of my dryer.
Just want to be clear.
