This is an easy fix if you have apair of pliers and a screw driver you can fix this one. I payed the sears guy what I could have done.
Remove the two screws at the bottom of the washer
Remove the pannel at the bottom of the washer
You should see a pump on the right hand side right in front.
Just behind the pump there is a rubber hose--sump looking thing Remove the 3 hose clamps holding the hose--sump on.
Dump out the contents, chances are that your washer will tip you with a couple of quarters and nickle or to from your jeans that are now washed and in the closet.
now just replace the hose--sump to the proper fittings and check those pockets for any tips before you do the next load of jeans.
