The issue is on the Normal cycle with the selection knob. On Heavy duty or delicate, it works fine. Normal cycle will fill with water and then just starts ticking as the timer runs. There is not agitation and we have never allowed it to see if it ever drains. As stated, it works fines on the other selections. I have looked, but not found, any online troubleshooting procedures to gather codes. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
