my WHirlpool Duet steam was set in clean washer mode, when i came home there is a red light flashing bt the pause/cancel button and the display shows Int the machine will not power off, the door will not open- this is rediculuos- I've been attempting to look this code up and find nothing- the customer service number has attempted to send me to schedule a serivce appt. HELP
