Question About Whirlpool Washer GHW9400PW0
Signal won't turn off...

I just purchased a whirlpool duet washing machine second hand. It worked fine at the place we bought it, but now that we have it home and hooked up, the end of cycle alarm is on continuously. I tried unplugging it and plugging it back in again, but the high pitched whine continues and it's pretty unpleasant. Any ideas how to get it to turn off?

0 Thanks. I downloaded the manual last night and there was no info regarding the signal/alarm not turning off. Because it was too tall to fit in the back of our Jeep, we had to lay it on it's side to transport the 15 miles home. Could that have something to do with it?
