My front load washer has a musty/moldy smell which...

My front load washer has a musty/moldy smell which transfers to my clothes. I keep the door opened and have put high efficiency cleaners through it without any success at getting rid of the smell. Any ideas how to get rid of this smeall? I have also checked and there are no hidden moldy socks, etc.

5 I have the use and care manual and it does not help with this particular problem.
