This machine has not had a lot of use, it's about seven years old. With The top removed it appears a very clean unit and no electrical burns smell. All the drum support springs are firmly attached at the top and the two dampener units firmly attached at the bottom. the spin cycle starts to operate but immediately spins down and absolutely no washing action.
I would really appreciate any clues that members may have and or access to a service manual if there is such a thing. Looking forward to seeing if this service is effective, thanks to the support. I understand this company is no longer manufacturing these units and parts becoming rare, so if this machine is not able to be repaired, it would be excellent for spare parts for those interested.
