Spinning

Keep getting UNB END and the washing comes out soaking. Why is it not spinning and do you know wher I can obtain a copy of the user instruction manual.

Spinning

I too am looking for the manual, but I know that "Unb End" means that the machine hasn't spun because it was unable to distribute the clothes evenly before spinning. (Unb = Unbalanced). Maybe the machine has a fault, but it could be because the machine isn't level.
